> @zero said: > Hi everyone, I'm checking the 491 visa and considering the Family Sponsored stream. Now, my brother is a PR in QLD - Brisbane which I know is not a designated regional area. But when I checked this [link](https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list/regional-postcodes "link"), naka asterisk yung postcode ng Brisbane which is 4076. Ngayon, dun sa baba ng page may naka note na ***Postcodes not applicable to visas granted before 5 March 2022.** para sa mga naka-asterisk na postalcodes. So does this mean na AFTER March 5, 2022, valid na si 4076? According to AusPost, Brisbane is 4000, not 4076

We are considering changing my last name in Australia. Is it worth po ba mag change ng last name now or wait nalang sa decision ng visa? Like what are the pros and cons? Changing your last name now could streamline paperwork and align with personal preferences for unity. However, it may cause confusion if there are discrepancies with your visa application and add extra paperwork during an uncertain time. Consider weighing these factors before deciding, and consult with a professional if needed.

May nababasa ako n hindi pwede kasi kelangan nya makapasa, may nababsa nmn ako n walang paki ang govt since hindi nmn sya under ng medicare. Meron po bang nka experience neto o meron b kyong kakilala na nadala ung anak dito kahit my asd ung bata? Salamat.

> @Archjess0309 said: > Hi, it's very timely that I bumped into this forum. I have a current dilemma about the tourist visa that I and my wife are going to apply. So for some background: > > 1. We have a booked trip to Sydney this coming August. > 2. Out of nowhere, my employer obliged me to attend a conference that will be held in Melbourne on September. > 3. Due to the very close dates between the events, it might not be a good idea to apply for separate visas at the end of each trip. > > So by principle, I can apply for a Subclass 600 (Business Stream) and apply a separate one for my wife (Tourist Stream). I've heard that I can't add my wife as dependent under the Business Stream visa. > > Now here my concerns: > > 1. What additional document do I need to produce for my wife as proof that I will sponsor her expenses for our Sydney trip (she is unemployed by the way). > 2. Can I use the business stream visa for our vacation trip on Sydney? > 3. In case of additional correspondence with the immigration officers from Australia, should we stick with the Business trip in Melbourne and not mention the vacation trip in Sydney to avoid any conflicts? > > Thank you in advance Just a thought, if possible, pwede mo move yung trip nyo to coincide with the conference. If your company is sponsoring your airfare, that way you can cancel yours and just pay for your wife's?

I just took my mock exam kay APEUni. Overall 77. I can say ok nmn sya but I need to improve a lot on speaking. I initially got 69. But here's the thing, naffrustrate ako sa AI Scoring. I can say I have good pronunciation and fluency nmn in real life. With IELTS, I scored 8.0 sa exam. I know iba pa rin si PTE and I'm diligently trying to learn, I watched Jay's and Nakul's tips for these and yet, ndi pa rin ako makascore ng 80+ or hit and miss yung scores ko sa APEUni. For RA: pansin ko, my scores improved and can get 80% of the time 70-80 marks. Question: Is this good enough? For DI: I started by doing Jimmyssem's template (rarely get 70+ on content, flunking on P&F badly) to entirely switching it to APEUni's Template. And kung kailan medyo niloloko ko yung accent and pronunciation but babbling my way to around 29-32 secs, Im getting 70+ scores. Question: If Im just gonna babble like what Im doing in APEUni but inserting the keywords with improper grammar, is it still possible for 79+? For RS: I know content just scores 3, but there are passages that Im confident that I spoke the passage with proper intonation and stress in words for meaning and yet, I get a random score. Question: Do you have 3-5 sample audios I can hear from fellow Filo. Yung sa APEUni, ibang ethnicity and accent, feeling ko ndi sya comparable compared kung fellow Filo ang susundan ko. Thank you in advance guys.
Sobrang obvious talaga yung mga ganitong posts. Haha alam mong may tulong ng AI. Tip sa mga magtetake ng PTE, please do not rely heavily on chatGPT and the like. Maniwala sa sariling kakayanan at magreview maigi. Sapat na yun. 😆😆
@DreamerB _copied _ (Sa case niyo po kung kayo naman legal parent kahit hindi kasama spouse mo, okay na yun and no need for dswd clearance. Visa lang yung need.) **MINORS EXEMPTED FROM SECURING A TRAVEL CLEARANCE** The only exemptions to the DSWD travel clearance are minor children who are: -travelling with either parent -travelling with the legal guardian -immigrants to another country and are holding a valid permanent residency card, dependents visa, or other pass issued by another country which proves residency with parents abroad. A minor who holds a permanent residency card of another country, or a valid pass such as dependents (visa/pass/identification or permanent resident visa/pass/identification card is no longer required to secure travel clearance from DSWD) -not a Filipino citizen and are holding a foreign passport A minor who is a Filipino citizen and living abroad but does not hold either a permanent resident visa or equivalent pass issued by another country is required to secure a travel clearance.
