They keep on promising that the processing times will get better. But always ends up reducing the planning levels to satiate their constituents. I would say that they will keep on having this debate as long as the election, inflation and housing crisis keeps on persisting. Because at the end of the day if the voters are dissatisfied with the current admin, they will vote for the other party, which would either mean that the migration changes will halt, or even a drastic measure will be implemented to “save face” with the voters. > > Either way, future seems bleak. A lot of countries are becoming more against immigration. I hope AU won’t become the next Canada. Migrating to a new country is a privilege. Countries allow or disallow it for plethora of reasons. It is what it is. That's why at the end of the day, sabi nga nila, dont put all your eggs in one basket. Always have back-up plans. Yes, with S. I remember back in 2022, I did put a deadline to my "obsession" with Australia. Kung walang invite before 2023, that's it. This was my way of getting over it. My way of telling myself that life goes on. That maybe there's another opportunity out there for me. Lo and behold, binigay rin naman sya, eventually. It took time. But yeah, we were ready and at peace kung hindi man sya dumating. Anyway, I'm still hoping everyone gets their migration journey fulfilled one way or another. Australia or not, know that there is a better place and life waiting. You just need to go through the process. :)

Kumusta 191 application mo? Almost similar case natin, Oct 2020 na grant visa namin and dahil sa lock down, Jan 2022 pa kami naka pasok. So hopefully sa Jul 2024 we can apply 191 kasi meron na kaming 3 tax return. Same question din sakin. Pwede na din sana kami mag-apply by July 2024. Sana po makasagot kung may nakapag-try na

> @lgdcz said: > Hi, I just have a concern and hope anyone can answer. I am also under My New Australian Life with Carmine as my Lawyer. I received an email today regarding my application update and I was advised that my Expression of Interest and Skills Assessment has already lapsed. So I need to lodge a new skills assessment and lodge multiple new EOI's this coming July. However, I was not aware that they will charge me for this additional work when I did not received any invite since January 2023. I worry if this will be worth it? What if I will not receive an invite again for the next 1 or 2 years? So they will charge me again? > > I do not know what to do with this setback. Hope anyone can share if they have experienced this. Thank you. So sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, that's really the gamble with lodging EOIs. If you are worried about the cost implications of retaining an immigration lawyer until you get an invite, I believe you can request that they turn over your application to you so you can DIY succeeding EOIs. I sure hope that your next round of EOIs, if you decide to proceed, will get you an invite already. 🙏🏼
@DreamerB _copied _ (Sa case niyo po kung kayo naman legal parent kahit hindi kasama spouse mo, okay na yun and no need for dswd clearance. Visa lang yung need.) **MINORS EXEMPTED FROM SECURING A TRAVEL CLEARANCE** The only exemptions to the DSWD travel clearance are minor children who are: -travelling with either parent -travelling with the legal guardian -immigrants to another country and are holding a valid permanent residency card, dependents visa, or other pass issued by another country which proves residency with parents abroad. A minor who holds a permanent residency card of another country, or a valid pass such as dependents (visa/pass/identification or permanent resident visa/pass/identification card is no longer required to secure travel clearance from DSWD) -not a Filipino citizen and are holding a foreign passport A minor who is a Filipino citizen and living abroad but does not hold either a permanent resident visa or equivalent pass issued by another country is required to secure a travel clearance.
> @bini_bini said: > Hello po. I am in a 482 visa here in NSW and I want to resign na with my current employer. However, may clause po sa contract ko na I have to pay $15,000 aud if I leave the company within 1 year or less in my contract. Question ko po is legal po ba yun? Meron po akong nahanap na ibang employer who's willing to continue my 482 sponsorship. The Fair Work Ombudsman's role is to ensure employers comply with the workplace laws. Nakalista sa website nila yung employee entitlements and protection that needs to be provided by employers. Your concern isn't exactly related to workplace entitlements or safety. It's about an employment contract. You can contact the FWO to ask about it, wala naman mawawala. Just understand that a contract is legally binding and if there are points that aren't clear, these should've been raised before signing the contract. Suggestion lang naman. Try to leave your current employer amicably. Acknowledge na pinirmahan mo naman talaga yang contract pero baka pwedeng mapakiusapan to lower that amount, maybe pro-rate it na lang based on the number of months you've been there. Mahirap din kasi for future employment if you need to provide them as reference or makatrabaho mo ulit in the future.

Find a friend but choose a friend. 3. Be a member of Engineers Australia. 4. Kumuha ng Work health & safety course - 1 day only 5. Mag apply ng mga IDs - like Driver's license and identity cards, library cards at iba pa. 6. 8. **Why choose timber flooring?** Timber flooring can be installed as solid timber or engineered boards. Engineered boards have the same feel and natural look of real species timber and are the perfect options for those who love timber but need to watch their budget. The cross laid solid Hevea Core and Spruce backing layer means you can enjoy your favourite timber species for a fraction of the price. The best thing about timber floorboards is that the more you live on them, the more awesome they look! Timber flooring has an appeal that goes way beyond simple aesthetics. It’s a look and feel that touches the heart in a way other flooring types can’t. There’s just something about the look of timber that gives off a beautiful character to any space, be it a home or a business. The natural tones and variations of hardwood floors are simply gorgeous, providing a robust and warm feel. The addition of wooden flooring brings a luxurious style that’s hard to imitate, and brings up the value of the property, too. Compared to laminate it’s more hardwearing and can be sanded or even re-stained lasting for generations. It also provides a much more authentically natural and timeless look than concrete or tiles.
